Earlier in the legislative session, lawmakers voted to give the Idaho Human Rights Commission (IHRC) the legal green light to move from the Office of the Governor to the Idaho Department of Labor (IDL) in order to save money. Monday members of the House voted to give financial approval to the transfer.
