I cannot think of anyone who has worked harder for our right to live free. Phil is simply the recipient of a serious attack on, not only his liberty, but ours as well. I truly believe that once this ethics investigation is complete and all the facts come out Phil will be judged right, as he ought to be.

There has not been an ethics investigation “each time” Hart invoked his privilege. hart has done so 4 times, yet this is the first time he is being investigated.
