The Kootenai County Republican Central Committee has voted to ask its county commissioners to re-think development ordinances that it feels “violate Idaho Code and affect property rights,” according to a story in the Coeur d”Alene Press.
The vote was 42-2. Besides the complaints about the document itself, there was testimony that there is no way for a citizen to object to its provisions.
