Rep. Mike Simpson, R-Idaho, has received the endorsement of the Idaho Education Association (IEA) against his Democrat challenger, Nicole LeFavour. PACE, the IEA’s political action arm, also contributed $5,000 to Simpson’s campaign, according to a story in the Twin Falls Times-News.
The IEA said Simpson received its backing because of his recent record of working against some provisions on No Child Left Behind, voting against private school vouchers and supporting the State Children’s Health Insurance Program.
Simpson sounds like another RINO … support big government … and the heck with individual rights … supporter of the “Nanny state”.
