Facing lawsuit, Idaho changes course on selling Five Wives Vodka

Five Wives Vodka has become a national story for the Gem State, and not in a good way. When the liquor division said it wouldn’t sell the vodka, it stirred up no small amount of controversy.

According to the Idaho Press-Tribune, the state has changed its mind after professor Jonathan Turley from George Washington University threatened a lawsuit over the constitutionality of the decision and gave the state 10 days to change the decision.
