Let’s hear from someone besides the GOP’s executive director, whose job description gives criticizing the lawsuit as “frivolous” a much higher priority than the prospect of the State of Idaho collecting $15 to 50 million it’s owed.

I’m sure Parker will be barking about “partisan propaganda” from now until November, but that adds exactly nothing to the question of whether there are valid grounds for the complaint, or whether it can be won on the people’s behalf.
