So Otters solution is more MD's, and More kids on Medicaid? I think he needs a new panel of "Experts". How about Tort reforms, opening Idaho's borders for ALL insurance company's promoting true competition, Require health care facilities to conspicuously post their rates, and eliminate third party paymenst so the CUSTOMER pays the bill then submits it to his insurance company for payment. It's the consumer getting screwed here not government or corporate Amerika! Hmmmmm..Electronic Medical Records..where have I heard THAT one before?
