The Idaho State Historical Society showed off a handwritten copy of the Idaho Constitution that’s been kept in the archives for 20 years. Historical Society brought out the 183-page handwritten copy of the document for its budget presentation to the Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee Thursday.

Rep. Maxine Bell, R-Jerome, and other lawmakers and legislative staff took photos of the document. Bell said it was the first time she used the camera on her cell phone.
