Students with trimester schedules could soon attend religious classes five days a week

Idaho Senate voted 34-0 Thursday to give students with “experimental” school schedules more time for religious instruction through their high school’s release time program.  Under the proposal, students with trimester schedules could soon attend religious classes five days a week.  The plan now heads to the governor’s desk.

    umm, public school building’s electricity, water, heating, taxes are going to be used for church? Didn’t our “forefathers” make some kind of church vs state thing?
