A Labor pool that is being ignored and is rapidly becoming problem for Idaho Communities is Ex Felons, who want to re-enter Society.
What programs are available to assist them to find work and acquire social skills to fit into a Community? How about a "Faith Based/Private sector Partnership to meet this challange ?

Jr. highs and high schools need to begin identifying these skills and start matching up kids with career suggestions EARLY. Kids need Career paths / Skills assessment classes beginning in 6th grade; taught by occupational experts who keep up to date on industry innovation, technical fields and labor research.

I agree with Businessmen Ron Nilson, owner of Ground Force Manufacturing in Post Falls, and Doug Sayer, president of Premier Technologies in Pocatello. We absolutly need to teach techical skills from grade school, on throught high school. Millions and millions of dollars of our taxpayer funds are waisted on sustandard highschool graduates with no markedable skills what so ever.
