The sky is falling ...The sky is falling! This is about taking the voice away from anyone who does not agree with the powers that are. If you cant silence the opposition with logic or reason...silence them with legislation. This just proves that there is an element in Idaho's legislative branch that is totally out of control! God lord it seems that there is a portion of representatives that are intellectually stunted. How do they get elected ? What a sad State/state of affairs.

Wouldn't it just be easier to issue tags to hunt the bunny-hugging idiots that think it's okay to threaten and harass hunters and ranchers?

This bill silences no one. They are still free to speak out using any means they want to pay for; newspaper editorials, billboards, use of TV, radio internet, shouting and screaming, picketing and donations to support canidates with their political views. The only thing it does is protect hunters from harassment and violent acts of radical enviornmental terrorists.

This is not just a bill about protecting hunter identity, it's also about silencing anyone that speaks up against Idaho's wolf hunt. How does the legislature propose to monitor websites where wolf advocates often write about the hunt/hunters? Who is to decide what is harassment? The anti-wolf websites are full of rage toward anyone that speaks up for wolves. Wolf supporters are getting death threats, threatening emails, but apparently that's ok in Idaho.
