Yes,we need vendors to make the stickers available and yes they need to be paid. When we buy Idaho boat license, this should be part of the cost of the license. This way the power boats that are licensed in Idaho will adhere to the law, no seperate sticker needed. The law is not perfect, but it has brought attention to the concern and awareness to our obligation to protect the waterways.
