House and Senate Minority Leaders Rep. John Rusche and Sen. Kate Kelly
Following a press conference held by Gov. Butch Otter in which he praised lawmakers for an efficient legislative session, House Minority Leader John Rusche, D-Lewiston, and Senate Minority Leader Kate Kelly, D-Boise, spoke with reporters and shared their thoughts on Otter’s speech, as well as the 2010 legislative session. Rusche said Otter painted an “overly optimistic picture” of the session.
